A young company with 80 years of experience
Triple Living was founded in 2010 by Group Minerva and Skyline Europe, two family businesses and project developers, each with forty years of experience. Together, that’s eighty years of knowledge and expertise.
The paths of both developers first crossed in 2009, for the construction of Genèvepark. In 2010, a unique opportunity arose: the immense vacant former railway site next to Antwerp South (het Zuid) was put up for sale. The city’s ambition matched the size of the land: the project was to become Belgium’s most sustainable urban development, a green residential and work site with shops, restaurants and services, a park, and high-quality architecture. Given the unprescedented scale of the project, Group Minerva and Skyline Europe decided to develop the project together as partners. In 2010, Triple Living was founded as the first step in the development of Nieuw Zuid.
Our neighborhoods are not islands. On the contrary: they are new meeting places in the city, places where people come to relax.

Our story began at Nieuw Zuid, but it certainly did not end there. Since our founding in 2010, we have been developing neighborhoods and real estate throughout Flanders, from Antwerp and Ghent to Brussels, Knokke, Aalst, Kontich, and Boechout. We work with the best architects and craftsmen. Triple Living started as a family business and has grown over the years into an established real estate player with more than a hundred employees. But the human, warm approach, the culture of dialogue, and informal structure have always remained.
