In 2018, we were the very first entrepreneurs to move into Nieuw Zuid. Over time, it quickly became clear that our location was simply too small, but I absolutely wanted to stay in Nieuw Zuid to start a larger business. Here, you're close to the city center, but it doesn't feel like you're in the city. The neighbors are truly neighbors. We all know each other, residents and businesses alike. When you walk through Nieuw Zuid, you see everyone greeting each other.
