MIDDEN is a new residential neighborhood with a park and residential areas, where greenery and sustainability are paramount. Various architects collaborated on the project, resulting in a diverse yet harmonious mix of contemporary designs that combine functionality and quality with a sleek aesthetic.

The landscape architecture integrates a large garden park that branches out between the buildings, creating a green and family-friendly environment. An oasis of tranquility in the middle of the bustling village center of rural Boechout. All houses and apartments comply with nearly energy-neutral (BEN) standards and are equipped with solar panels, underfloor heating, heat pumps, rainwater cisterns, and green roofs, among other things.
